Why Join PC Ability? Hear from Sam , one of our Senior OTs, about her journey transitioning from a hospital setting to a community-based NDIS role: "Moving from NSW Health to a NDIS community-based role was the best decision I made for my career progression, and I wish I had done it sooner! My OT skills have grown exponentially AND I get to choose my speciality caseload with access to supervision and clinical support. I really value the flexibility and control I have over my schedule, which lets me plan my appointments in a way that works best for me while ensuring I stay focused on delivering great outcomes – a level of autonomy that's harder to achieve in a traditional hospital inpatient setting. The best part is that I get to make a significant difference in the lives of my participants within their own home, which truly makes me love my job."
